Thai Chicken Noodle Bowl
Ingredients:
- 6-8 Oz chicken breast
- rice noodles (or noodles of choice!
- small cucumber (I like the Persian Cucumbers from Trader Joe's)
- edamame (frozen/precooked works great!)
- shredded carrots
- teriyaki sauce
- sesame seeds
- garlic salt
- pepper
Directions:
- pat chicken breast dry & season with garlic salt + pepper
- cook chicken fully on stovetop (to an internal temp of 165*)
- cook edamame
- chop cucumber
- cook noodles + add to bowl as base
- cut up cooked chicken + add to bowl
- add your edamame + cucumbers
- top with sesame seeds + teriyaki sauce to taste
