Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Let's get into the seasonal flavors!!!! Easy to batch prep, I made a few of these for Darian so he can have a quick grab and go breakfast at work for the week! Here are the ingredients I used to prep each/1 serving! INGREDIENTS: 1/2 C Oats 2 TBS Pumpkin Purée 1/2 C Milk of choice 1 TBS Chia Seeds 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 1 TBS Maple Syrup 1 Splash of Vanilla Extract 1 Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice Optional extras: nuts, fruit, or any toppings you prefer! RECIPE: Mix all your ingredients together, let sit for 2+ hours in fridge overnight! Add optional toppings + enjoy!! *Note: you can substitute protein powder for vanilla greek yogurt!!!
