The is the BEST overnight oats recipe! It leaves me feeling ENERGIZED each time.
Base Recipe:
1/2 C Oats
1/2 C Milk *of choice*
1/4 C Greek Yogurt
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1 TBS Maple Syrup
Let sit in an airtight container overnight or at least 2 hours.
Apple Edition:
-slice 1 apple
-2TBS walnuts
-dash of cinnamon
-dash of vanilla
Mix in the toppings and enjoy!
