Lemon Pepper Salmon with Sautéed Veggies + Rice -season salmon with salt, lemon pepper, garlic and a dot of butter -bake at 425 for ~12 minutes or until up to temperature. -cook rice in rice cooker, or in the stove. -chop zuchinni and yellow squash -sauté and season -serve all together
