This class is great for upper back and shoulder opening as well as adventures in backbending. Of course, plenty of core and opportunities to get upside down!

Great practice! I really enjoyed the different ab exercises and the hip lifts in the beginning of the class. Would love to see more glute and quad strengthening in other classes as well.
Tha background noise is a bit annoying though.
