I found yoga after a car accident because I didn’t want to get surgery on my knees. Through my journey of personal healing I also found a desire to share the gift of yoga. Yoga is my passion and I love helping to empower others with the tools that I’ve learned through this practice! I love vinyasa flow, Inversions, handstands and sharing the things I’ve found that keep my body strong and help to prevent injuries. See you on the mat!


My goal here is to empower you with the tools to to grow stronger and more flexible, all while having fun and checking a couple of things off of the bucket list. Wanna feel confident upside down? Learn to balance on your hands in inversions and armbalances? Build a strong core? Work on your flexibility and mobility? Improve joint function? All while not feeling like it a chore? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Training Requirements

You can do these workouts with zero equipment, although a yoga mat will make things a bit more comfortable, in a pinch you can get by without one. At times yoga blocks and a strap may be helpful, but can be easily substituted with books and a towel, belt or tie. The beauty of yoga really is that it can be done by anyone at anytime, anywhere.
