I find the exercises and the explanation really great, but there’s — to my taste — a lot of talk before and after and sometimes in between which I find redundant. 
As feedback, totally subjective of course, less (talk) is more (focus) 😊

I’ve been passively practicing yoga for years and I’ve never had anyone explain what extending through your shoulders should feel like and wow! It made a HUGE difference for my down dog. 😍 Excited to learn more!

Going through these on Mothers Day with my kids and husband at church and me at home with a really tired napping baby— it almost made me cry hearing your sweet kids and tv in the background. Stayed at this set of drills and exercises for the past 2 weeks and today I feel soooo much stronger.  Those 3 sets of 10 chatarunga push ups today were “cake” when they were very hard when I started on Day1 of the handstand habits.

I’m grateful I’ve been working out with you for the past 2 years because these strength videos have been a breeze! Thanks for helping me be stronger!

I am LOVING this handstand habits program! I’ve always wanted to master a handstand but I never built in consistent stretches and drills that would get me there. I would just throw myself into them constantly and hope I would eventually get hang time…now I can proudly say I am hitting some good hang time with these L hops, and I know I’ll be in a full handstand soon!

I do love this one a lot. It’s longer in time but there is so much to cover as far as positioning and warnings for our wrists.
