I am LOVING this handstand habits program! I’ve always wanted to master a handstand but I never built in consistent stretches and drills that would get me there. I would just throw myself into them constantly and hope I would eventually get hang time…now I can proudly say I am hitting some good hang time with these L hops, and I know I’ll be in a full handstand soon!
