Coming from L-handstands, this variation “lighting bolt pose” or “charging handstand” or even a single-leg tuck, is simply an L handstand with the lower leg bent in! Very accessible!

Stayed at this set of drills and exercises for the past 2 weeks and today I feel soooo much stronger.  Those 3 sets of 10 chatarunga push ups today were “cake” when they were very hard when I started on Day1 of the handstand habits.

I’m grateful I’ve been working out with you for the past 2 years because these strength videos have been a breeze! Thanks for helping me be stronger!

I am LOVING this handstand habits program! I’ve always wanted to master a handstand but I never built in consistent stretches and drills that would get me there. I would just throw myself into them constantly and hope I would eventually get hang time…now I can proudly say I am hitting some good hang time with these L hops, and I know I’ll be in a full handstand soon!
