Day Two: The focal point of the second day of training will be on the hips! This week an additional STRENGTH exercise has been added and an additional 5' of aerobic fitness. The workouts are structured in FOUR Phases: [ WARM UP ] [ PREPARE ] [ STRENGTH ] [ PHYSICAL PREP] This is an approach that covers the entire spectrum of HEALTH.
