This is such a great flow for those days when youโve gotten home from work and think, โGosh, I really need to move my body but Iโve had a long day and itโs already kind of late.โ Thatโs where I was today; this flow is quick but gets the heart pumping and the sweat going!

Nice quick practice! I havenโt done yoga in a while and that was a perfect reintroduction! Good mix of stretching with strengthening
