A 60 minute level II/III vinyasa class that focuses on side body stretching, multiple planes of movements and lots of lower body work. Great if you are looking for a little workout with a yummy cool down! π

Loved this class! I am grateful that you gave lots of variations for the poses. This class helped me to feel present and accept where my body was at that moment. I did not feel any pressure to push myself into a pose that wasn't comfortable for me. Thank you Morgan β¨
