Always a favorite! I love my comical attempts at trying to hold flying lizard for more than 2-3 seconds π I got to enjoy doing this on my back patio in the late afternoon sun in Houston where it is 68 with low humidity (usually unheard of! π₯΅π) and a light breeze. It left me feeling incandescently happy π Thank you for sharing your light!

It was great for my back and strong on my hips! As a little note, although I really admire you for the detailed description of each pose, sometimes I catch myself needing a bit quickier transition from one pose to another. Other than that, well done AGAIN!π₯°
