I love this class so so much!!! You are seriously an amazing person and teacher. For years, I forced myself to do intense workouts that my body didn’t like. But all your classes on your app my body LOVES!! Gentle movements, but also with a little burn. I always feel refreshed and happy after your classes ☺️☺️
