I loved it! Your explanations were detailed and you progressed through each set at a good pace (but with a bit of a challenge which was great! Then wound down the intensity. Like hills. It’s was really opening and balancing. Absolutely loved it. A totally different way of doing yoga than what I’m used to, very creative and empowering.
