Love these 15 push press Lying on floor 15 25 arm curl 25 row Live these 12 reps last set 💪🏻 Don't get as much exercise in due to preparing to move Moving my daughter to stanford one bedroom Wedn/Thurs She has issues ... need help with stuff like this. Anxiety/depression etc
