CrossFit Games Athletes Weightlifter

Our sole mission is to educate and inspire people to be the healthiest version of themselves. Jessica and Austin Cahoy have Bachelor degrees in Nursing, Health Sciences, and Exercise Science. Together they have accumulated 8 Crossfit Games appearances, played Division 1 sports, achieved national rankings in US Olympic weightlifting, and have been employed in the healthcare and supplement industry as well as nutrition and fitness coaching. Their collaboration of long time passions and experiences has created a remarkable resume and a very well rounded and professional knowledge base in the world of health, strength, and fitness. They are excited to bring you into all that Valor Strength has to offer in one central location! No matter what your age, background, or level of experience, Valor Strength wants to help you make lasting changes that will improve your body, your health, and every aspect of your life.
Goals
Between both of our experiences, we have a vast knowledge base for goals as simple as “getting off my blood pressure medication” all the way up to “competing at the CrossFit Games!” We have multiple programs you can choose from to cater to your needs and desires!! Programs that will get you “Lean and Toned” all the way to programs that will help you build strength and PR your lifts!!
Training Requirements
Different programs of ours require different equipment. We have programs that require minimal equipment (ie The 30 Day Ab Program & BodyFit: Limited Equipment) all the way to programs that require a fully outfitted CrossFit gym (ie Fitness and Strength Conditioning)
Accomplishments
Jessica was a registered nurse for 5 years and now does online nutrition coaching. She competed at the CrossFit Games 5 times and was deemed a Titan on NBC’s Titan Games in 2019. Austin played Division 1 football, competed at the CrossFit Games 3 times and achieved national rankings in the world of USA Weightlifting. Austin has also spent several years working in the supplement industry.
