✅ Registration is required if you want to be eligible for weekly prizes and the $500 grand prize! 💸 No extra cost — the challenge is included with your app subscription.

Grand Prize Winner will be chosen based on your transformation over the 6 weeks, plus your participation and community engagement.

Weekly Winners will be picked based on participation and community engagement — so show up and let us see you!

Here’s what participation and community engagement looks like: ✅ Comment on the workouts after you "Swipe to Complete" them! ✅ Stay active in the Facebook group (PRO TIP: continually seeing your faces helps us remember you--so be posting those selfies!) ✅ Tag @jessica.cahoy @amandajbarnhart & @liit.fitapp in your stories/posts to show us your workouts, meals, wins, and moments ✅ The more you engage, the more likely you are to WIN!

IMPORTANT: If you do NOT want your photo transformation posted, make sure to mark “not repostable” when you submit in the app.

🗓️ Due Dates: • Before pictures due by July 5th • After pictures due by August 6th
