This is Jessica's FAVORITE style of training when she's just a little burnt out on workouts but still wants to move!! She says it's "the perfect mix of weight training plus cardio and you don't have to die to get good results!!" It's a relaxed style of training where there is no “racing the clock” involved! You can move as quickly or take as long as you need and it doesn't matter if you get interrupted in the middle of it! Think bodybuilding with a little dash cardio of your choice between sets!! This is an 8-Week Template that targets upper body, lower body, and core!! It was written with the intention of being completed with standard CrossFit gym equipment--but CAN be completed with a barbell, plates, and dumbbells!

Jessica and Amanda's sole mission is to educate and inspire women to be the healthiest version of themselves. Jessica has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and Health Sciences, has qualified for the CrossFit Games several times, has coached thousands in their nutrition and is also a wife, mom, and business owner. Amanda has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, was a consecutive 6x individual CrossFit Games Athlete, and is now the owner of the Move Better Method--a group coaching program helping people move through their workouts pain free.
