Now I can appreciate this new format! After an hour of walking outside and yardwork, the guided format let me fit in the weight work and cool down efficiently after being outside. I probably would not have done weights today, but this option helped me fit it in. I felt comfortable having done three sane workout earlier. Thanks!!
