Core exercises are so hard for me, but I really liked these. Even though I had to modify all of them. Going to save this as a favorite

For a few years now I've been doing a mat Pilates program and have developed a great foundation in core strength. This core workout is exactly what has been missing, however. The elements of this core workout are challenging enough to expand on my foundation resulting in increased strength, stamina, and endurance. Well done!
