Great core workout! I’m noticing that I’m feeling a lot of strain in my neck and shoulders with a lot of these workouts. Do you have any suggestions for adjusting my form?

I had difficulties to lift my hips up - my bottom felt too heavy. Same with the frog press - couldn’t get my legs off the ground, so that my movement was barely visible (I felt it though!) All the other moves were very good, manageable and I will definitely feel it tomorrow:-)
