I absolutely love this one. I do it before I stretch people and it works so well with my PRI correctives. My back has been feeling so good since doing this a couple times a week! 🙏

I felt the need to reconnect with my deep core today and slow down just a bit on day 2 of the challenge. Definitely noticed more coning than 3 weeks ago, baby is growing! Moving forward, I will pay more attention to this during my workouts!
