This was so useful! I used to engage my core properly, however, after starting my job heavy lifting I felt like I wasn’t engaging properly. I have mentioned to several physios that I don’t feel I am properly engaging - this explains it!! Thankyou 🙏🏻

A lot more helpful to see a demonstration with someone with a weaker core.
