I’m so fascinated by this. I do abs all the time and never felt like I had a strong core esp after back surgery. I’ve been trying to train myself to breathe properly and engage my abdominals. You explain it so we’ll.

Really good info! I actually always coned my whole life and never knew it was wrong until pregnancy and my friend pointed it out that it was terrible for me. So during my 5th month of pregnancy I actually kept practicing in “hugging the baby” I’m better now thanks to your Instagram! When I’m prettier with the 2nd I will deff purchase your core
