This was ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ the burn was epic! And this is tough.... 15lbs and got tougher from the get go

You are a beast! I did it with an 8 pound dumbbell and cried after about half way through ๐Ÿ˜… loved this one though! Definitely want to work up to bigger weights!
