Crush as many rounds as you can! 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest

- Raise your shoulders off the floor
- Reach towards your heel engaging your obliques 
- Repeat on the opposite side

Ankle tap crunches

- Raise your shoulders off the ball 
- Engage the top of your abs as you come up
- Pause and lower slowly
- Breath out as you come up

Ball crunches

- Keep your core engaged 
- Bring one elbow to the floor followed by the other
- Reverse motion to return to the initial position

Elbow drop plank

Sitting on your butt with your legs elevated 
-Raise your knees towards your chest then extend your legs as you lower them
-Transition into a V-up

Knee up to V-up

-Sit down 
-Raise one leg up and touch that toe with your opposite hand while raising into a crab walk position
-Repeat for both sides equally

A mobility session is really awakening and respectful to your body. It helps to get things flowing and prepare your body for all of the things you’ll take on with exercise, movement, etc.

So today I fully intended on doing the 7 minute ab workout, however, my body felt sore and tired. So I decided to listen to my body and instead engage in some much needed self-care. I watched my favorite TV show and did some meditation! I feel great!

I absolutely loved this challenge, the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. 🤘🏻❤️

Completed my last Sunday stretch of the challenge and it’s so bitter sweet! I’m proud of myself for completing the challenge, especially through some busy times in work but I’m sad all good things have to come to an end.

I’m so grateful for this challenge and how much it’s helped me grow physically and mentally. Im especially grateful for the amazing friendships it’s brought me!
