A mobility session is really awakening and respectful to your body. It helps to get things flowing and prepare your body for all of the things you’ll take on with exercise, movement, etc.

I ended up doing this by rep count (2-4) as the time for work said 1sec and rest was 15sec. I enjoyed getting this done this morning!

So today I fully intended on doing the 7 minute ab workout, however, my body felt sore and tired. So I decided to listen to my body and instead engage in some much needed self-care. I watched my favorite TV show and did some meditation! I feel great!

wednesday was luckily the most perfect day for a walk! took the dogs out too 🐾❤️

So I didn’t do the whole thing. My rotator cuff really started hurting me on the flute bridges so I just got up and ran a couple miles on the treadmill. Sorry 🤷🏼‍♂️ Love you Demi!

Had to do this one quick and get in and out the gym in like 20 minutes! Excellent workout and my shoulder is feeling much better today! No film though 😞 not enough time

I absolutely loved this challenge, the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. 🤘🏻❤️

Completed my last Sunday stretch of the challenge and it’s so bitter sweet! I’m proud of myself for completing the challenge, especially through some busy times in work but I’m sad all good things have to come to an end.

I’m so grateful for this challenge and how much it’s helped me grow physically and mentally. Im especially grateful for the amazing friendships it’s brought me!
