That is such a toughie. Tried to up to 16kg KB got 20reps and had to swap down to 12kg. 10:50

Yay, Friday. Harder than I thought.

Quick & destructive. Used 8 kg dumbbells (~18 lbs ?) and divided into 10 rounds of 5 burpees + 10 thrusters, leaving prox. 10-15 secs time to rest before the minute was up.

10:20 @ 20# 9 rounds of burpees, 8 min of working thrusters - 1 min in the middle of rest 🥵 When I saw 100 thrusters I knew it would be terrible 🤣 but did it anyways 💪 As always, forever grateful for our troops 🇺🇸
