Feeling great this morning!! 205 on my last set of DLs, 7 rounds on the circuit, and only had to break once on the planks!

Love how quick this program is. Didnโ€™t take me an hour or so that I normally do. 5 min plank (+ weighted vest) w/ no breaks ๐Ÿ™Œ
