Phew ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Pushed almost to failure on the front squats, went up 10 pounds on the DB jump squats, and then challenged myself with a 24โ€ box for the conditioning. Dripping sweat ๐Ÿ˜… Will I be able to walk tomorrow? TBDโ€ฆgreat workout Claire!
