Phew ๐ฎโ๐จ Pushed almost to failure on the front squats, went up 10 pounds on the DB jump squats, and then challenged myself with a 24โ box for the conditioning. Dripping sweat ๐ Will I be able to walk tomorrow? TBDโฆgreat workout Claire!
