Wow that was killer. Worked up to 125lbs on the squat cleansโ€ฆtrying to focus on form before I go heavier. Didnโ€™t even keep track of time on the circuit but it took me every bit of 30+ minutes! Ready for that LISS day ๐Ÿ˜…
