Finally finished the 12 weeks!! This is the 2nd time I completed Functional 1.0 but the first time the 2nd part of this program wasn't there yet. Then I continued to Functional 2.0, completed it, and went back to 1.0 to do the whole 12 weeks. Now it's time for my 2nd round of 2.0 ๐Ÿ’ช

I switched this with the Murph so I'll finish strong remembering all of the men and women who have served for our country ๐Ÿ’ช 1 day to go!!

The deadlift portion was worse than the conditioning! So hard to do after soreness from yesterday, but feels good to have finished it!
