Finally finished the 12 weeks!! This is the 2nd time I completed Functional 1.0 but the first time the 2nd part of this program wasn't there yet. Then I continued to Functional 2.0, completed it, and went back to 1.0 to do the whole 12 weeks. Now it's time for my 2nd round of 2.0 ๐ช

The deadlift portion was worse than the conditioning! So hard to do after soreness from yesterday, but feels good to have finished it!
