Loved it! My 3rd time doing it. I replace running with assault bike and do the workout in Cindy style. Took me 45 min! Band assisted pull ups and knee push ups!

Never done a Murph before. It kicked my butt! Wore my weighted vest (about 12lbs) and had to use a band for assistance on the pull ups. The last mile crushed me but finished in 44 minutes!

54.18 holy moly that was hard! I’ve done a half Murph a few times before but never the full one! I can’t even imagine how tough it would be with a vest! I had the mindset of doing something else this morning and then I slapped my bitch voice away and just got it done! Happy freedom Friday team!!! God bless America and the men and women who have sacrificed for our freedom! 🇺🇸
