32'52"🥵 I never thought I'd br able to do all 90 reps with barbell, but I did! Pull-ups had to be done assisted, and I replaced running with 4 min airbike each round.

This workout has been a mental block for almost a week. I modified to the extreme but got it done and marked it as a follow up. Here's to get back in the groove! DB clean Squats Banded pull ups Rowed for 800m
