32'52"🥵 I never thought I'd br able to do all 90 reps with barbell, but I did! Pull-ups had to be done assisted, and I replaced running with 4 min airbike each round.

This workout has been a mental block for almost a week. I modified to the extreme but got it done and marked it as a follow up.

43.53 💪🏽 Definitely had to break up the lifts and pull-ups into sets of 10 😅
