This is a Sweat HIIT Workout!! all you need is bodyweight and an elevated surface! You can use bench, box etc. It is a circuit style workout! So you will start with the first exercise, do the amount of reps & move directly to the second exercise & so on, until you reach the bottom of the list. Then you will rest for 60 seconds & start at the top! 5 rounds total!!
