LOVE this 5 min ab! So perfect after a workout!!

-lying on your back, with your knees extended above you
- Hold med ball with your arms extended overhead
- Curl head and shoulders off the floor engaging core, set the ball down on your shins, and lean back to the floor
-sit back up, grab the ball and return back to laying on the floor with the ball in hands

That is one full rep!

*** be very cautious to not allow the ball to roll back and hit you in the face, make sure it is between your shins and ankles, and you have control of it before leaning back!

Med ball sit up combo

- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor
- Rotate the med ball from side to side

15 per side, 30 total

Med ball russian twist

- Extended your legs 
- Holding the weight with your arms extended
- Bring your torso up
- Lower with a slow controlled movement keeping your core engaged

Weighted overhead sit up

It can’t be hard to post follow along videos?! Especially when paid😩. How does one stretch when videos are cutting? I can’t magically jump from one stretch to the other. All in all, too fast, impossible to follow along. YouTube videos are better.
