This is a full body cardio hiit work out you can do at home or anywhere with no equipment needed!
It is a five round circuit going for 60 seconds work followed by 30 seconds rest in between exercises! And 60 second rest in between rounds! If you don’t have a timer or if you don’t prefer to do timed workouts, you can do it by reps instead and just do 20 reps of each exercise! That should put you at about 60 seconds!
