For this circuit format you will start with the first exercise complete the amount of reps and then go onto the second exercise and then the third and so on; once you get to the bottom you’ll take a quick rest and then start up the top for round two!

- Begin in a push up position with a dumbbell place on one side of your body
- With the opposite hand pull the dumbbell through to the other side
-10 per side, 20 total

DB plank pass through

-begin in a plank position
-reach back and touch your right hand to your left foot and then alternate
-10 per side 20 total

Plank reach backs

- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor
- Rotate dumbbell from side to side
-15 per side, 30 total

DB Russian twist

-start laying flat on your back and crunch up with one leg touching your toe with both hands and then come back down and do the opposite!
-10 per leg, 20 total

Single leg toe touches

- Begin by lying supine with arms extended straight up
- Sit up while keeping DB overhead

DB overhead sit up

-start in an elbow plank and walk your hands up to a push-up plank and then back down; that is one rep keep repeating!

It can’t be hard to post follow along videos?! Especially when paid😩. How does one stretch when videos are cutting? I can’t magically jump from one stretch to the other. All in all, too fast, impossible to follow along. YouTube videos are better.
