Hey friends!!! This is a quick, effective spicyyyyy arms & abs circuit! I’m using a plate, but if you don’t have one you can definitely modify to using a dumbbell, or even bodyweight! For this circuit, you have seven exercises. Start with the first one and go down the whole list till you get to the bottom take a quick rest and then start at the top for the next round! GO GET IT!
