Sourdough Bread

Homemade bread is a passion of mine, and I love how simple and healthy sourdough is! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Macros are approximate (per 1/2" slice): • 110 calories • 22g carbs • 0.5g fat • 3g protein The first video is a full tutorial (because making sourdough can be confusing), and the second videos are the written recipe. I know there are more complex ways to make sourdough, but I’ve cut out all the unnecessary steps to simplify it without sacrificing taste and texture! Simplicity is my jam!

Of all the times I've made sourdough, your process feels like the simplest way I've seen yet! No "fancy" shaping process just quick and to the point! My kind of process!! Thanks for sharing.
