I will not be held responsible for the boringness of this plan. 😂 Greg is literally just fine eating plain chicken and rice out of a bowl. I’ll do that in a hurry, but I generally like to make my food more interesting. Sundays we meal prep all the ground beef and chicken we eat throughout the week. Costco rotisserie chickens are super helpful too! Also, these are his daily calories. He gets up to the 5,000 range if he’s bulking cause that boy can EAT! 🤩
