Ingredients
• 1/2 C LowFat Cottage Cheese
• 10 grams Pesto
• Cherry tomatoes
• Splash of Balsamic Vinegar
• Salt & Pepper
Instructions
I was skeptical of this recipe when I came across it, but it's actually super delicious and has become a favorite! Give it a try!
• Measure cottage cheese in a bowl and top with tomatoes, Pesto, Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
• Lightly stir to combine and enjoy!
