GF Pumpkin Muffins SERVINGS: 4 PREP TIME:10 MINUTES COOKING TIME:25 MINUTES INGREDIENTS • 1.5 cup Almond Flour • 1 tsp Baking Soda • 1 tsp Cinnamon • 4 large Eggs • 0.75 cup Pumpkin Puree • 0.25 cup Maple Syrup • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract • 4 tablespoon Almond Butter • dash salt DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Lightly grease 8 muffin tins (or line with paper liners) 3. Mix all ingredients (except for the almond butter) together in a large bowl until well blended. 4. Divide mixture into 8 muffin tins. 5. Bake for 22 - 24 minutes (when pierced with a fork, the fork comes out clean). 6. Serve warm with almond butter. 7.
