Ingredients
• 1/3 c Rolled Oats
• 1/3 c egg whites
• 1/4 c water
• 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar
Instructions
• Combine first 4 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
• Microwave on high for 90 sec - 3 min, depending on how "creamy" you want it.
• Stir every 30 seconds to prevent it from getting chunky.
• Remove from microwave and sprinkle with cinnamon & Swerve Brown sugar.
• Top with whipped cream if desired (not included in macros)
