These recipes require a Ninja Creami to make.
This recipe is very versatile!
Use the BASE RECIPE and play with it how you want! Use different protein powder flavors, extracts and mix ins to make it how YOU like it best.
BASE RECIPE:
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup pasteurized egg whites
• 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used whole in this recipe, but you can use anything)
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1 tsp Truvia zero calorie sweetener (or sweetener of choice. The Lakanto syrup is another I like, but use what you prefer)
• 1 tsp cocoa powder (for all chocolate recipes)
- BLEND with immersion blender and freeze 24 hours.
- PROCESS in Creami using Ice Cream setting
- ADD 2 T water and respin
- MIX in desired mix ins and either re process under “mix in” setting or simply stir them in.
