Chocolate Banana Soufflé

This AMAZING, easy & delicious, highly satiating recipe will be your go-to breakfast every day thanks to Alex @savorygains! ✨Product links at the bottom✨ INGREDIENTS: • 1/2 a very ripe banana • 1 egg • 3 tbsp egg whites • 3 tbsp cottage cheese • 2 tbsp oat bran flour (you can buy oat bran and pulverize it into flour in a vitamix) • 1 scoop vranilla protein powder (I use Clean Simple Eats) • ¼ tsp cinnamon • 7 chocolate chips, chopped (optional) but included in macros INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Blend the Ingredients: Place all ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) into a blender. Blend until smooth. Or use an immersion blender in your mug. 2. Prepare the Mug: Pour the blended mixture into a mug, leaving a bit of room at the top for growth ¾ full. 3. Add the Chocolate Chips (optional): Drop the chopped chocolate chips into the mug and give it a small stir to evenly distribute them. 4. Cook in Microwave: Microwave the mug for about 1-1:15 min (Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s power.) 5. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy your moist, soufflé!
