INGREDIENTS
• 4-5 frozen chicken breasts (4oz ea)
• 1 block light cream cheese
• 2 cups reduced fat cottage cheese, blended
• 2 packets Good Seasons Italian Dressing
• 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
• 1/2 c reduced fat, 2% milk
INSTRUCTIONS
• Place frozen chicken in crock pot.
• Mix together softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, soup, milk and seasoning in a bowl.
• Pour over frozen chicken and cook high 4-6 hours, or low 6-8.
• Before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return to crock pot and serve over rice, noodles or potatoes!
