• 1 can (12.5oz) chicken breast
• ¼ c lite mayo
• ½ c low fat cottage cheese
• 2-4 T dill relish
• Ranch seasoning to taste
• 2 slices bread of choice (I use
Granny Smith White, 90 cal each)
Mix first 5 ingredients together and separate into two servings (save half for later).
One serving makes a lot, so I like to mound it onto two slices of bread for two open face sandwiches.
