Miss you! I’m happy for you that you made the choice to hop off social media. It’s not easy. So happy you and your family are well! I’d love to see lots of yoga flows! A new years goal for me was to get better and become more consistent with practicing yoga. Take care 🫶🏼

Yay, love this! Haha, only took me 4 months to find it, but life is busy! Love all your stuff, and as a busy mom myself, I’d love to see more quick, pack-a-punch workouts (I love finding workouts that can be done in 10-15 minutes). 😁 You’re the best!

I can’t believe I am just now seeing your update from July!!! I switch back and forth between your workouts and another athletes on here, and I guess I’ve just been focused on one of her programs for several weeks now. But I am so glad you shared this update! So wonderful seeing you and your little ladies! Miss you so much on IG, but still completely proud and inspired that you are so insightful and stay true to yourself.

I can absolutely relate to how hard it is having a baby that doesn‘t need a lot of sleep. I’m a holisitc sleep coach that started my career based on my experience wirh taking cara babies and how utterly it has failed me and my low sleep needs child. I dont judge anyone that sleep trains and I am sure you know what is best for your family. Just leaving this here becasue you said it has been 3 weeks and bumpy: The naps times in sleep training are based in average sleep needs. Some children with lower sleep needs will never achieve this much sleep, ever. There is only so much sleep you can get in 24 hours and sleep does not bring sleep, this is a myth. I have only ever seen one child that was truly overtired in my practice and he had sever iron deficiency which prevented him from sleeping at night. There is not only the option bedshare and breastfeed forever OR sleep training. There truly is a middle ground that allows you to truly support your family individually while responding to your child. One size firs all approaches work for a fraction of babies so please know it is not you or Maele, if this doens’t work ♥️
